We do implement a fair use policy which means that while you can submit an unlimited number of requests, they will be handled one at a time. You can prioritize your team's requests and we will work on them in the order you specify.
If you have a large number of requests, we will work with you to prioritize them and ensure that we are able to deliver the best possible service.
Though the time it takes to complete a request can vary based on its complexity and urgency, we guarantee that we'll start working on your request within 48 hours of it moving into the active queue.
You can submit requests through our customer portal or via email. In the portal, you can detail your request, attach relevant files, and track the progress of the request.
Our customer portal is our primary communication channel. It provides us with a secure and organized way to communicate with our customers, manage requests, and share sensitive information.
We can also setup a dedicated Slack channel for your team. This allows us to communicate with your team in real-time and share information quickly. You can also reach us by email or schedule a video call, subject to availability.
Unfortunately, you cannot pause your subscription.
We incur certain costs with our vendors and partners when we onboard a new customer and these costs cannot be paused.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time!
If you cancel, you will not be billed again and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Due to the nature of our service and the costs incurred to onboard and support a new customer, we do not issue refunds.
